The Pawnee Municipal Court is the Judicial Brand of City Government. The function of the court is to adjudicate all traffic, non-traffic and parking violations of city ordinances. The court is presided over by the Honorable Judge Bob D. Buchanan and administered by the Municipal Court Division. The Municipal Court Division maintains all Court records, ensures the Orderly conduct of court Sessions, and accounts for all Fiscal matters involving City Court. The City Court clerk responsible for maintaining the division, is Annetta Franks and Assistant Court Clerk Cathy Chapman. The prosecutor for the City of Pawnee court is Lawrence Martin.
